In a stock exchange filing on May 9, Delhivery said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 16 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The logistics service provider’s total income increased 6.5% year-on-year to Rs 2,476.97 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,325.26 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses surged 7% YoY to Rs 2,450.93 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,289.9 crore in the year-ago period.
