Leading stock exchange, BSE Ltd. is set to announce its results for the January-March quarter and the full financial year 2024-25 this week.
In a stock exchange filing dated April 21, the NSE listed stock exchange informed about its Board meeting to consider and approve the results for Q4 and FY25.
Similar to the National Stock Exchange, the BSE serves as a platform where companies list shares and investors buy or sell the stocks in the open market. A key part of India’s financial infrastructure, the BSE is Asia’s oldest stock exchange. It was founded in 1875. Currently, more than 6,000 companies are listed on the stock exchange.
BSE Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
The BSE will announce its financial results for the March 2025 quarter on May 6. The result is expected to be made public following the conclusion of the board meeting.
The company may also consider declaring a financial dividend for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25), according to the exchange filing.
Investors and analysts will also keep a watch on the announcement of the record date for the bonus issue, as declared by the stock exchange in a filing on March 30. The BSE, last month, announced a 2:1 bonus issue.

BSE Q4 Results: Investor Meet
The BSE said in a separate exchange filing that it will hold the investors and analysts conference meeting the same day after declaring the financial results.
The virtual meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m., according to an exchange filing dated April 29.

BSE Q4 FY25 Results: Trading Window Closure
In view of the anticipated results, the BSE has also shared the timeline of the blackout period, during which senior company persons will not be able to deal in company shares.
“In connection with the above, please also note that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Internal code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025, and will remain closed till Thursday, May 8, 2025 (both days inclusive),” it said.
BSE Q3FY25 Results
BSE Ltd reported a strong performance in Q3 FY25, with consolidated total income reaching Rs 835 crore, including revenue from operations at Rs 774 crore. The stock exchange’s profit before tax stood at Rs 288 crore, while its net profit attributable to shareholders surged to Rs 220 crore. The BSE witnessed an average daily turnover of Rs 6,800 crore for the quarter under review.
The derivatives segment maintained its growth momentum during the quarter, with a daily premium turnover of Rs 8,758 crore, up from Rs 2,550 crore in the same period last year. Its operating Ebitda fell 39% to Rs 237 crore vs Rs 389 crore. Meanwhile, the operating Ebitda margin fell to 31% vs 52%.

Shares of BSE Ltd. were trading 1.54% higher at Rs 6,403.5 apiece on the NSE at 11:59 a.m., compared to the benchmark Nifty50 trading at 24,444.45, up 0.4%.
