“Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 06, 2025, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months ended on December 31, 2024,” it said.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company, which has been closed from Jan. 1, will open on Monday, Feb. 10 for designated persons and their immediate families.

Bharti Airtel in Q2 reported an 8% year-on-year rise in its consolidated revenue at Rs 41,473.3 crore, compared to Rs 38,353.5 crore in the previous quarter. The company's operating profit increased by 9%, reaching Rs 21,846.2 crore, while margins improved to 52.7%, up from 51.6% in Q1 FY25. Net profit for the period under review stood at Rs 4153.4 crore, up multifolds from Rs 2,093.2 crore a year ago.
The company reported an exceptional loss of Rs 854 crore, in contrast to an exceptional gain of Rs 735 crore in the previous quarter. Airtel’s average revenue per user (ARPU) rose to Rs 233, up from Rs 211 in the previous quarter.
