In an exchange filing dated May 20, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 27 to consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended Mar. 31.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25.

The company reported an 8.95% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its standalone net profit to Rs 147.12 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 135.03 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income increased 32.98% YoY to Rs 916.56 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 689.22 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 44.7% YoY to Rs 723.67 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 500.11 crore in Q3 FY24.
