Axis Bank Q1FY26 Results Date Announced: Check Earnings Schedule, And More

Leading private lender Axis Bank Ltd. on Wednesday announced the schedule for its upcoming Board meeting later this month to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 2025 (Q1FY26).

The focus of this meeting will be to review the bank’s financial performance for the April-June quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (FY26).

In a stock exchange filing, the lender informed the bourses about its earnings schedule and closure of the trading window in compliance with SEBI guidelines on the prevention of insider trading.

Through these results, the bank will showcase its financial health and guide investors on the company’s strengths and challenges and share a roadmap for the remaining quarters of the financial year.  

The bank said that its upcoming Board Meeting will be held on July 17.

“Axis Bank Limited has informed the exchange about a Board Meeting to be held on July 17 to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarterly ended June 2026,” the stock exchange notification read.

The trading window for dealing in Axis Bank securities will remain closed for designated persons from July 1, 2025, in compliance with SEBI rules on insider trading. 

“This is to inform you that in terms of the Share Dealing Code, formulated and adopted by Axis Bank Limited (the “Bank”), pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the window for trading in equity shares/securities of the Bank for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, until 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the disclosure of the financial results of the Bank, for the quarter ending June 30, 2025,” the bank said.

Axis Bank shares were trading 0.38% lower at Rs 1,170.8 apiece on the NSE at 2:32 p.m. on Thursday, compared to a 0.14% drop in benchmark Nifty50 at 25,416.9.
