Angel One Announces Final Dividend Of Rs 26 For FY25: Check Payment Date, Q4 Earnings

Angel One announced its results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year 2024-25 on Wednesday. The company’s Board of Directors also approved a final dividend for FY25 along with the financial results.

In a stock exchange filing on Wednesday, Angel One said that its Board of Directors approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs 26 per equity share for its shareholders for FY25.
The filing said that the Board has "Approved and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs 26 per equity share (i.e., for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM."
Angel One Q4 Results 2025
The company's consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25 declined 48.7% year-on-year to Rs 174.5 crore from Rs 340 crore in Q4 FY24. Total income fell by 22% to Rs 1,057.8 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 1,358.5 crore in the same period in the previous fiscal.
In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25, total revenue from operations nosedived 22.2% year-on-year to Rs 1,056 crore from Rs 1,357.3 crore. Its EBITDA in Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 342.8 crore, a fall of 35.3% from Rs 529.8 crore in Q4 FY24. The EBITDA margin declined year-on-year to 32.5% in the fourth quarter of FY25, from 39% in Q4 FY24.

Angel One earlier announced interim dividends of Rs 11 each in January and March for FY25. In January 2024, the stockbroker awarded an interim dividend of Rs 12.7 per share to its shareholders. In 2023, the company announced dividends five times: Rs 9.6 in January, Rs 9.6 in March, Rs 4 in June, Rs 9.25 in July, and Rs 12.7 in October.
