Adani Green Energy Q3 Results: Profit Rises 85%

For the nine months ended December, Adani Green Energy reported an 18% rise in revenue to Rs 6,829 crore.

Adani Green Energy Ltd.'s consolidated net profit rose 85% year-on-year in the third quarter of fiscal 2025.

The renewable energy company's bottom line came in at Rs 474 crore in the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, in comparison with Rs 256 crore in the same quarter a year ago, according to an exchange filing on Thursday.

The consolidated revenue during the quarter under review came in at Rs 2,365 crore, up 2.3% as against 2,311 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal.

For the nine months ended December, the company reported an 18% rise in revenue to Rs 6,829 crore, 18% growth in Ebitda to Rs 6,366 crore, and 23% rise in cash profit to Rs 3,630 crore.

Portfolio

Adani Green Energy's operational capacity grew by 37% due to addition of 3.1 gigawatt of capacity in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. The company's current energy portfolio stands at 11.6 GW. A total of 67% of this portfolio consists of solar energy, 18% of hybrid power and the balance of wind. The company aims to increase this capacity to 50 GW by 2030.

Update On Khavda Project

The company noted that construction at its renewable energy plant in Khavda, which is the world's largest, is in full swing with workforce of over 12,000 deployed. Operational capacity at the project stands at 2.4 GW currently, with a target for 30 GW by 2029.
