360 ONE WAM Ltd. is scheduled to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, later this week. The company has officially communicated its Q4 earnings timeline through a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges.

360 ONE WAM Ltd. has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, to take up key financial matters for consideration and approval.

According to a regulatory filing, the agenda includes approval of the standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also consider declaring the first interim dividend for FY 2025-26 for equity shareholders.

In addition, the company may approve fundraising of up to Rs 250 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debt securities on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches.

If the interim dividend is declared, it will be paid to equity shareholders whose names appear in the register of members or in the depository records on the record date to be fixed and announced by the board, in line with Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.

360 ONE WAM has announced that, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in its securities has been closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The restriction will remain in effect until 48 hours after the Board of Directors approves and files the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with the stock exchanges.

360 ONE WAM has announced that it will conduct an earnings call at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, following the release of its financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ending March 31, 2025.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 759.83 crore, up from Rs 629.78 crore in Q3 FY24, reflecting strong year-on-year growth.

As of December 2024, the company’s overall Assets Under Management (AUM) reached Rs 5,79,222 crore.

The 360 ONE WAM stock saw a 52-week high of Rs 1,318 on Jan. 6, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs 691.40 on June 4, 2024, according to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The stock closed at Rs 949.00 apiece on Monday, down 0.82% as compared to a 1.15% rise in benchmark Nifty 50, which closed at 24,125.55 points.
