Sajan Prakash has just about managed to qualify for the finals of the men's 200 metre Butterfly event.
Sajan recorded a timing of 1:58.87 seconds to better his own national record of 1:59.10, and finish at the fifth spot in Heat 2 of the qualification round.
England's Jacob Peters topped the qualifications, clocking 1:58.42 seconds.

Sathish Says He Had Lost Hope Of a Medal
After bagging his gold medal, Sathish Sivalingam revealed that he had in fact lost all hope of successfully defending his CWG title after injuring himself at the National Championship.
"I had no hopes of winning a medal after I injured my thighs during the National Championships while attempting 194kg in clean and jerk. It's a quadriceps problem, even now I am competing at less than ideal fitness but I am glad that was enough to get me a gold," Sathish said.
