(Bloomberg) -- As many as 6.43 million Iranians, or nearly 25% of the workforce, could lose their jobs due to the coronavirus outbreak, according to a study by the country's Parliament Research Center.
- Minimum of 2.87 million jobs will be lost, study finds, citing latest official figures.
- Non-oil dollar exports fell by nearly 30% in the four-week period beginning Feb. 20 from a year ago.
- Exports fell by annual 7% in year-ended March 19.
- Report projects sanctions-hit economy will shrink 7.5%-11% due to the virus, which has infected more than 93,000 people and killed over 5,000 in Iran.
