(Bloomberg) -- Israel has added the U.S. and 17 other countries to a list that from Aug. 11 requires returning travelers to fully quarantine even if they are vaccinated or recovered from the coronavirus.
Germany, Italy, Holland and France have also been added, according to a Health Ministry statement.
