The closure is effective from Jan. 1 and will be lifted 48 hours after the declaration of Q3 and nine-month unaudited financial results.

Waaree Energies Q2FY26 Results
Waaree Energies Ltd. consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 6,065.64 crore, up from Rs 3,574.38 crore in Q2FY25. Ebitda jumped 155.29% YoY to Rs 1,567.30 crore, compared with Rs 613.94 crore in the previous year, while margins improved to 25.17% from 16.76%. Profit after tax (PAT) more than doubled to Rs 878.21 crore from Rs 375.66 crore in Q2FY25.
