Real estate developer Sobha Ltd. plans to launch around two to four projects every quarter till Match 2019, its Managing Director JC Sharma said.
The company, which recently launched a project in Bengaluru, is planning more such launches in Chennai, Thrissur and Mysuru, Sharma told BloombergQuint in an interview.
Besides, Sharma said that the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act will be a game changer from a customer perspective and that they will not suffer any more losses going forward.
