The latest GMP for the Fractal Analytics IPO stood at Rs 17 per share as of 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 9, according to InvestorGain. With the upper limit of the issue price set at Rs 900, the latest GMP indicates a potential listing price of Rs 917 per share. This signals that the shares are expected to list at a marginal premium of approximately 1.89% over the issue price.

  • Issue Size: The IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 2,833.90 crore. It comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 1,023.50 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of Rs 1,810.40 crore.

  • Price Band: The price range has been fixed between Rs 857 and Rs 900 per share.

  • Lot Size: The IPO lot size consists of 16 shares. Retail investors require a minimum investment of Rs 14,400 at the upper band. Small HNI (sNII) investors must bid for at least 14 lots (Rs 2,01,600), while big HNI (bNII) investors require a minimum of 70 lots (Rs 10,08,000).

  • Allotment & Listing: The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on Feb. 12, 2026. The company is scheduled to initiate refunds and credit shares to demat accounts on Feb. 13.

  • Listing Date: The shares are tentatively fixed to list on the BSE and NSE on Feb. 16, 2026.

  • Kotak Mahindra Capital, Morgan Stanley India, Axis Capital, and Goldman Sachs (India) Securities are the book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar for the issue.

Use of IPO Proceeds

The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue for the following purposes:

  • Debt Repayment: Investment in its subsidiary, Fractal USA, for the repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings.

  • Infrastructure: Procurement of laptops and technology hardware, and setting up new office premises in India.

  • Growth Initiatives: Funding research and development (R&D) and sales and marketing for its Fractal Alpha division, as well as general corporate purposes and unidentified inorganic acquisitions.
