Sanjay Dutt of Quantum Securities is even more bullish on the markets over the next decade than he was at the start of the 2003-2007 bull run. The main reason, he said, are low interest rates, are a big catalyst for business growth.
Dutt said unlike the past mistakes, lenders won’t be reckless in lending during this low interest-rate regime, allowing healthy growth. A combination of corporate tax cuts of last year, low interest rates and other reforms announced by the government will start showing results, aiding stock returns.
He sees manufacturing generate returns for an equity investor in the next decade.
