Nazara Technologies Ltd. is slated to release its financial statements for Q3 and the nine months ending Dec. 31, 2024, on Feb. 13 following a meeting of its board of directors.
"We wish to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Nazara Technologies Limited (the “Company”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited (Consolidated and Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing on Feb. 4.
As per SEBI guidelines, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain suspended till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting.

The company has scheduled an earnings call at 9 a.m. on Feb 14 to discuss its financial performance with the analysts/investors. Profit, however, dipped to Rs 16.2 crore, marking a 32.8% decline from Rs 24.18 crore in the year-ago period. Ebitda slipped 9.8% YoY to Rs 25.2 crore from Rs 27.9 crore in the year-ago period. Ebitda margin shrunk to 7.9% from 9.4% in the year-ago period.
