Info Edge (India) Ltd. recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.60 per equity share for the financial year ended March 2025, according to an exchange filing. The dividend was issued with a face value of Rs 2 per share.

This is subject to approval from members of the company, who will meet at the 30th Annual General Meeting on Aug. 25. It will be conducted via video conferencing and other audio-visual means.

The parent company of Naukri.com will disburse a total amount up to Rs 47 crore to its shareholders via dividend. Retail investors will receive around Rs 3 crore in dividend payouts.

Info Edge Q4 Results Highlights (Consolidated, YoY)

  • Revenue up 14% to Rs 749.60 crore versus Rs 657.40 crore.

  • Ebitda up 13% to Rs 247.90 crore versus Rs 219.30 crore.

  • Margins at 33.1% versus 33.4%.

  • Net profit at Rs 463.30 crore versus Rs 60.30 crore.

Shares of Info Edge closed 1.43% lower at Rs 1,452.50 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 1.1% fall in the benchmark Nifty. The stock had risen 16.05% in the last 12 months and fallen 16.3% on a year-to-date basis.

Sixteen out of 21 analysts tracking the company have a 'buy' rating on the stock, four recommend 'hold' and one suggests a 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price target implies a potential upside of 8.9%.
