HDFC Bank Ltd. is scheduled to announce its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025, on Jan. 17. India's largest private sector lender confirmed the date in a filing with the stock exchanges. HDFC Bank Q2 FY2026 Results
HDFC Bank reported a 10.8% year-on-year (YoY) increase in standalone profit for the second quarter, which rose to Rs 18,641 crore from Rs 16,821 crore. Net interest income grew 4.8% to Rs 31,552 crore, while provisions increased 30% to Rs 3,501 crore. The bank's gross NPA ratio declined 16 basis points to 1.24% and the net NPA ratio fell five basis points to 0.42% quarter-on-quarter. Other income rose 25% YoY to Rs 14,350 crore from Rs 11,483 crore in the same period the previous fiscal.
