Shares of Warburg Pincus-backed Fusion MicroFinance Ltd. listed at a 2% discount to its IPO price on market debut.
The stock opened at Rs 359.5 on the National Stock Exchange, a 2.3% discount to its issue price of Rs 368. On the BSE, the stock debuted at Rs 360.5, a 2% discount.
In early trade, the stock fell as much as 6% to Rs 346.10.
The microfinance lender's initial public offering, which opened for subscription on Nov. 2, received lukewarm response with the issue getting subscribed 2.95 times.
