Deepak Nitrite Ltd.'s share price gained over 4% following the announcement of its Q4 results for the fiscal 2025. The company showed growth in revenue and Ebitda, but it's net profit took a significant hit.
The company reported a revenue increase of 2.5%, reaching Rs 2,179.69 crore compared to Rs 2,126.21 crore in the same quarter last year.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation rose by 5% to Rs 316.51 crore from Rs 301.12 crore. The Ebitda margin slightly improved to 14.5% from 14.2%.
However, net profit saw a sharp decline of 20%, falling to Rs 202.41 crore from Rs 253.86 crore. The company recorded an exceptional gain of Rs 79.8 crore in Q4 FY24.

The scrip rose as much as 4.74% to Rs 2,095 apiece. It pared gains to trade 1.49% higher at Rs 2,030 apiece, as of 09:43 a.m. This compares to a 0.19% advance in the NSE Nifty 50.
The stock has fallen 10.48% in the last 12 months. Total traded volume so far in the day stood at 23 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 51.
