  • Results were good, there was advancement in margins and profitability.

  • Management not sure about power demand due to unseasonal rains.

  • Averaging and playing for that small bounce is a very risky trick, that is not advisable.

  • Exit on bounces.

Jain: Sell or Avoid

  • Overall housing finance companies, lot of corrections had come into the segment.

  • Growth in real estate is expected to taper off.

  • Sales are low in June quarter.

  • Avoid the counter.

  • Outlook not looking good, better to exit.

  • Will be very difficult for short period.
