Brand Euro Pratik IPO has been submitted to SEBI. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd.

Brand Euro Pratik Ltd. on Tuesday submitted its preliminary paperwork to capital markets regulator SEBI, to seek approval for an initial public offering aimed at raising up to Rs 730 crore. The IPO will exclusively consist of an offer for sale, as outlined in the draft red herring prospectus.
The company's stock is proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and the BSE Ltd.
Pratik Gunvantraj Singhvi, Jai Gunvantraj Singhvi, Pratik Gunwantraj Singhvi HUF, Jai Gunwantraj Singhvi HUF, Dipty Pratik Singhvi and Nisha Jai Singhvi are the promoters of the company offloading shares in the offer for sale. The Mumbai-based company will not receive any proceeds from the offer for sale as it will directly go to the promoter offloading the stake.
Axis Capital Ltd. and DAM Capital Advisors Ltd. are the book-running lead managers for the issue and MUFG Intime India Pvt. will be the registrar of the issue.
The company's products are made from recycled materials, free from heavy metals like lead and mercury, and incorporate anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
The company offers over 30 product categories and 3,000 designs, having introduced 104 product catalogs over the past four years. It provides eco-friendly and durable alternatives to traditional wall decor like wallpaper, wood, and paint.
Over the past three years, it has expanded through strategic acquisitions such as Vougue Decor, Euro Pratik Laminate LLP, Millenium Decor, EuroPratik Intex LLP, and Euro Pratik USA, LLC, strengthening its portfolio and geographic reach.
Brand Euro Pratik follows an asset-light model, outsourcing its manufacturing to contract partners in South Korea, China, and the USA, ensuring cutting-edge designs while maintaining strict quality standards.
In the six months ending September, 2024, it collaborated with 26 contract manufacturers across these countries. During Fiscal 2024, Euro Pratik began exporting to six countries, including Singapore, UAE, Australia, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, and Nepal.
In Fiscal 2023, the company generated Rs 174.29 crore in revenue from its Decorative Wall Panels. The restated consolidated revenue for Fiscal 2024 was Rs 221.70 crore, with a profit after tax of Rs 62.91 crore. For the six months ending September 2024, the restated revenue from operations was Rs 136.14 crore, with a profit after tax of Rs 43.41 crore.
