China To Brief On Policies to Stabilise Employment, Growth

China will hold a press conference about policies and measures on stabilizing employment, ensuring stable growth and promoting high-quality development on Monday.  

The National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Commerce and People’s Bank of China will jointly hold the briefing at 10 a.m., according to a notice from State Council Information Office. 

The decision-making Politburo led by President Xi Jinping vowed on Friday to keep improving the policy toolbox to stabilize employment and the economy, and bring forward the launch of already-planned measures, according to a readout published on the government’s website.
