(Bloomberg) -- The Reserve Bank of Australia announces its interest-rate decision Tuesday, and a strengthening local currency makes it harder for policy makers to take a more hawkish stance in the accompanying statement. No change is expected to rates from the current record low of 1.5 percent when the decision is announced at 2:30 p.m. Sydney time.
