(Bloomberg) -- This first Chinese banks to go public, starting a decade ago, enjoyed some powerful tailwinds from double-digit economic growth. Not so for Postal Savings Bank of China Co., whose debut comes Wednesday. In the last quarter, China expanded 6.7 percent, the same pace as the prior quarter.
