Tribeca Developers, the licenced partner of Trump Organization, announced the first Trump-branded commercial real estate project in India.

The Trump World Center in Pune is expected to generate a sale of Rs 2,500 crore, representing the city's rising importance as a global business hub. The venture will mark Trump Organization's foray into commercial real estate in India, according to a press release on Wednesday.

The World Center will include two glass towers spread over 1.6 million square feet. One tower will offer strata offices for sale, while the other will provide larger offices available for lease, accommodating various business requirements. The tower will also offer an exclusive space for business leaders with complete dining and networking facilities, the release said.

"This is a defining moment – not just for Tribeca, but for the evolution of commercial real estate in India," Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, said. "After nearly a decade of shaping India into the Trump brand's largest market outside the US, I'm proud to unveil this first-of-its-kind office project and thrilled to be collaborating with the Trump Organization and Kundan Spaces on it."

Trump World Center Pune will set a new standard of sophistication and excellence, reflecting the same commitment to quality that defines Trump properties across the globe, according to Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization. "After our successful collaboration on several iconic residential projects, we are proud to launch our first commercial development in India."
