Domestic stock markets closed lower for the third straight session, as caution prevailed ahead of the bi-monthly policy meeting of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) due next week. The S&P BSE Sensex declined 97.03 points, or 0.27 per cent, to end at 36,227.14 on Friday.
