Eicher Motors today said its two-wheelers division Royal Enfield has made top-level changes with its chief operating officer Venki Padmanabhan taking over as head of new initiatives for Eicher Motors.
Following this, the company has announced B Govindarajan as new chief operating officer of Royal Enfield.
"Eicher Motors Ltd has been looking at new business opportunities. To this effect, Venki Padmanabhan has taken over as head of new Initiatives for Eicher Motors Ltd," the company said in a statement.
"Consequent to this, B Govindarajan has taken over as the Chief Operating Officer, Royal Enfield," it added.
Eicher Motors scrip closed 0.33 per cent down at Rs 2,767.50 on Bombay Stock Exchange.
