(Bloomberg) -- Industrial action may cripple the rail network in France, but it won't have a lasting impact on the economy, according to Bloomberg Economics. And the snow has long since melted after an exceptionally cold snap. Still, both these factors will make it harder to judge underlying growth momentum in the euro-area's second-largest economy.
