Staffing firm Quess Corp is launching a business line named Origint to tap into the growing market of global capability centres. With the launch, the company aims to provide an end-to-end service to four–five GCCs in FY26.

This end-to-end service-line will help global enterprises set up, scale, and operate high-performing capability centres across India and key international markets. Origint serves as a single-window solution to provide global capabilities and offers a solution that spans blueprinting, regulatory compliance, real estate, infrastructure management, digital onboarding, AI-powered hiring and managed operations for global enterprises.

Origint offers bespoke solutions for firms seeking shared service hubs, tech delivery centers, R&D units, or customer experience operations.

"India's GCC landscape is growing and will be adding 2.5 lakh employees by 2030, this provides an opportunity to us. We are currently serving 300 GCCs, now we aim to set up four–five GCCs in FY26," Chief Executive Officer Guruprasad Srinivasan told NDTV Profit on Tuesday.

The new business line also provides an opportunity for the company to improve on margins as the GCCs services have relatively higher margins. Quess will grow the Ebitda contribution of professional staffing from 23% to 35% by 2030, Srinivasan added.

India hosts over 1,700 GCCs, with 120 new centres launched in 2024 alone. These centers contributed to 17% YoY tech workforce growth, adding nearly 1.8 lakh jobs in 2024, and the market is projected to reach $105 billion by 2030, employing 24 lakh professionals.
