Professor Popovski, who also visited the PM Gati Shakti Experiential Centre, described the experience as 'spectacular'.

The government's One District One Product initiative could transform India’s economy, and serves an opportunity for international investment since foreign consumers are also going to benefit from it, according to Professor Vesselin Popovski of Soka University, Japan.
Popovski and Retired Justice Michael Wilson from Hawaii are in New Delhi, and they visited the PM Gati Shakti Experiential Centre at Bharat Mandapam on Monday.
Justice Wilson called the centre a remarkable blend of tradition and technology, commending Prime Minister Narendra Modi for pioneering global transportation solutions. He noted that India’s sustainable and rapid transit advancements could inspire other nations, including Hawaii, in tackling environmental and logistical challenges.
Professor Popovski described the experience as “spectacular", emphasising how initiatives like ODOP could transform India’s economy. He highlighted India’s young and educated workforce as a key driver of global leadership in the coming decades.
The PM Gati Shakti Experiential Centre features cutting-edge technology, including 270-degree screen and holographic displays, to promote awareness of logistics and infrastructure initiatives. The platform integrates major schemes like Bharatmala, Sagarmala, inland waterways, and UDAN, ensuring efficient execution of projects.
