Japanese carmaker Nissan on Tuesday reported a 48 per cent increase in sales at 4,362 units in India for the month of June.
The company had sold 2,949 vehicles in June 2013, Nissan Group of India said in a statement.
The newly launched brand Datsun GO contributed 1,097 units, it added.
