Navin Fluorine, Piramal Enterprises Surge on Joint Venture

Navin Fluorine International gained 5 per cent while Piramal Enterprises gained 4 per cent, after the companies agreed to form a joint venture. The joint venture will manufacture and sell specialty fluorochemicals.
