New Delhi: L&T Infra Debt Fund will raise Rs 200 crore by issuing non-convertible bonds on a private placement basis.
"L&T Infra Debt Fund Ltd...the Company intends to issue secured, redeemable, Non-Convertible Bonds of the face value of Rs 25 lakh each, amounting to Rs 200 crore, on private placement basis," it said in a filing to the BSE.
