Google India To Pay Rs 3.55 Crore Monthly Rent For Office Space In Mumbai’s BKC — Details Here
Google India will pay a monthly rent of Rs 3.55 crore for an area of 1,10,980 sq. ft. across two floors.

Google India and Google Cloud India have renewed the lease agreements for their office spaces at the Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai. The tech giant will pay a total monthly rent of Rs 4.79 crore for the spaces, with transactions registered in February 2025, as per property documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The rental workspaces are part of the First International Financial Center. The commercial property, spanning 1.99 acres, is home to several leading financial institutions, banks and corporate offices.
Following the new deal, Google India will pay a monthly rent of Rs 3.55 crore for an area of 1,10,980 sq. ft. across two floors. The lease has been renewed for five years, starting from June 2025. The company also submitted a security deposit of Rs 9.64 crore.
The lease agreement includes a monthly rent of Rs 320 per square foot and has incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.87 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Google Cloud India’s agreement includes a monthly rent of Rs 1.24 crore for an office space spanning 38,678 sq. ft. on a single floor at the FIFC in Bandra East. The rent per square foot is Rs 320, the same as the workspace Google India is using. The rent, however, will be increased by 15% after three years.
Google Cloud has paid a security deposit of Rs 3.13 crore for the renewed deal, which also included Rs 66.92 lakh of stamp duty and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Google Cloud India oversees the company’s cloud computing solutions, data analytics, and AI-driven services to businesses, while Google India is in charge of broader operations like advertising, search engine and all digital initiatives in the country.
The Bandra-Kurla Complex, known as Mumbai’s central business district, remains a prime location for the BFSI sector and Fortune 500 companies. It has emerged as the city’s most prominent commercial hub, thanks to its connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, international airport, and the upcoming metro.
