Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. on Monday said that its Baddi plant in Himachal Pradesh has received Good Manufacturing Practice certificate from European regulator State Institute for Drug Control, or SUKL.
The facility complies with principles and guidelines of GMP laid down in the directive 2003/94/EC which stipulates the requirements to fulfil GMP recommendations of World Health Organisation, the drugmaker said in a regulatory filing.
Glenmark's Baddi plant was inspected by SUKL in the week of Oct. 21 this year, the filing added.
