Fortis-Manipal Hospitals Enterprises Deal To Create India's Largest Healthcare Service Provider

Fortis Healthcare Ltd said on Tuesday it would sell its hospital business to Manipal Hospitals Enterprises Private Ltd, creating the largest provider of healthcare services in India by revenue.
