Capri Global Sets Floor Price Of Rs 153.93 For Rs 2,000-Crore QIP

The allotment will have a lock-in period of 90 days from the date of allotment except ESOP issuances.

Capri Global Capital Ltd. on Monday set the floor price for share sale to institutional investors as the window for the deal opened. The fundraising of up to Rs 2,000 crore will take place through qualified institutional placement.

The board approved the floor price of Rs 153.93 per share, according to the term sheet accessed by NDTV Profit. The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price.

The allotment will have a lock-in period of 90 days from the date of allotment except ESOP issuances.

Additionally, shares allotted by the promoters and promoter group will also include a 90-day lock-in, except ordinary course encumbrance and inter-se transfers, the term sheet said.

Capri Global Capital plans to inflate its business operations by strengthening its capital base and repaying certain outstanding borrowings, either in full or in part.

The offering shows 16.55% of the pre-issue outstanding equity share capital, including a base of 12.41% and 4.14% through the green shoe option. ICICI Securities Ltd. is the book running lead manager for the QIP.
