Indian automakers are announcing their November sales figures on Friday.Auto dispatches to dealerships may have maintained momentum in two-wheelers even after festival, but passenger vehicle sales are expected to have entered slow lane.While dispatches of commercial vehicles and tractors are likely to rise in the month, analysts expect the retails sales to fall in both categories due to moderating demand.
Hyundai Motor India's sales growth moderated to 2.8% at 65,801 units in November on last year's high base. The company's sales dispatches to dealerships had grown 18.5% in October.
Tata Motors Ltd.'s total dispatches to dealerships fell 1% to 72,647 units in November as both passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles witnessed a decline in sales.

Passenger vehicles sales fell 1% to 46,143 units.
Electric passenger vehicle sales rose 7% to 4,761 units.
Total commercial vehicles sales fell 4% to 28,029 units.
Heavy commercial vehicle sales rose 1% to 8,253 units.
Small commercial cargo and pickup vehicle sales fell 9% to 11,811 units.
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.'s utility vehicle sales rose 32% to 39,981 units in November.
"While we saw a healthy festive season, we faced supply challenges on select parts during the month," Veejay Nakra, president of the automotive division, said in a press release.
Commenting on the tractor sales, president of farm equipment sector Hemant Sikka said the festive season saw high demand pull in the domestic market, with retails being strong during Dhanteras and Diwali.

Sales of medium duty light commercial vehicle rose 7% to 17,284 units.
Bajaj Auto Ltd.'s two-wheeler dispatches jumped 33% year-on-year to 3.49 lakh units as domestic dispatches surged after channel inventories inched lower during festival season.

Overall, three-wheeler sales rose 21% to 53,955 units.
Domestic two-wheeler sales rose 77% to 2.19 lakh units.
Escorts Kubota Ltd.'s total dispatches to dealerships rose 3.7% year-on-year to 8,258 units, driven by higher sales in the domestic market.
"Overall festive demand has been good barring a few states, where demand was marginally impacted due to scanty and/or unseasonal rainfall," the company said in a release.
