AirAsia India is now offering a flat discount of 20 per cent on base fares for all flights, the budget carrier said on Monday.
The booking period to avail the AirAsia offer is between July 27 and August 2, and the travel period is between July 28 and November 30.
The offer is valid on all domestic routes and over 100 destinations across Asia, AirAsia said.
Recently AirAsia had come up with a promotional offer where it was offering fares as low as Rs 990.
Domestic airlines have been coming up with promotional fares and offers almost every other week in a bid to garner market share in a highly competitive market. This in turn has helped boost passenger traffic significantly. Domestic airlines carried 322 lakh passengers during January-May 2015 as against 267 lakh during the corresponding period a year ago - an increase of over 20 per cent.
