Wockhardt To See A Hockey Stick Growth, Says Habil Khorakiwala

Wockhardt expects business growth to pick up sharply from FY28, aided by its international operations, new product launches and the commercialisation of a new molecule, Founder & Chairman Habil Khorakiwala told NDTV Profit. The drugmaker expects margins to improve in FY27 despite maintaining R&D spending at 10-12% of revenue, and is targeting what Khorakiwala described as a "hockey-stick growth" phase from FY29, driven by fresh partnerships, regulatory approvals and a strong performance in its diabetes therapies portfolio.
