The Session 2 Paper 1 exam, which covered BE/BTech courses, was conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 at 531 centres in 285 Indian cities and 15 cities overseas. Paper 2, meant for BArch and BPlanning aspirants, was held on April 9.
Following the exams, the provisional answer key for Paper 1 was issued on April 11, and candidates were given time till April 13 to raise objections. The NTA also published individual recorded responses and question papers along with the key.
To challenge any question in the answer key, candidates had to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per objection. After reviewing the challenges, if any discrepancies are validated by experts, the final answer key will be updated accordingly.
The NTA has also confirmed that in cases where questions are dropped, full marks will be granted to all candidates.
