Vivo is poised to unveil a series of new devices in China on April 21. The event will be live at 7 p.m. local time, which is around 4:30 p.m. IST.
Along with its upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200s smartphones, the company will also be releasing two new tablets — Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Vivo Pad SE — and two new Vivo Watch 5 smartwatches.
Expect new design, display and performance upgrades in the lineup.
Stylish Phones With Powerful Features
Vivo X200 Ultra has been hyped for its slim design. It has a stylish textured back and a big, round camera bump in the middle. Silver and a bold red option are expected to be available. This phone is probably going to bring you Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, the giant 2K big 6.82-inch curve screen and a high-end 200MP periscope zoom camera. It could support fast charging—90W with cables and 50W wirelessly—and may be both water and dust resistant, with IP68 and IP69 ratings.
Meanwhile, the Vivo X200s could be offered in four colours of black, lavender, mint blue and white. The phone is said to come with a 6.67-inch display and to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip. It’ll also come with a triple camera setup, including a periscope lens for better zoom. The smartphones will land with Android 15-based OriginOS 5.
Tablets And Smartwatch Highlights
The Vivo Pad 5 Pro is said to come with a sharp Ultra-HD screen and eye friendly displays, as it would use the same Dimensity 9400 chip that fuels the Vivo X90 series. The Pad SE will have a 12.3-inch display for media and work.
The Vivo Watch 5 is said to be powered by BlueOS and will reportedly have a battery running for up to 22 days on a single charge and weighs just 32 grams. It’s also expected to have fitness tracking, health features, and smart notifications.
Keep an eye out for some exciting new tech from Vivo coming your way on April 21.
