The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to not be sold through US carriers, according to a post on 'X' (formerly known as Twitter) from Evan Blass, a noted tipster.

Blass also mentioned in his post that the mobile phone would be priced and marketed somewhere between the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

"One thing I will say about this model, whatever it ends up being called: it will almost certainly not be offered through US carriers. In the markets where it is offered, expect it to be positioned between the S25 Plus and Ultra, marketing- and price-wise," Blass wrote in his post on 'X.'.

The South Korean consumer electronics firm will launch its range of Samsung Galaxy S25 mobile phones at its 'Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025' launch event, set to be held on Jan 22.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim is rumoured to have a 6.66-inch display, similar to the S25+ Plus model. According to an 'X post from leaker Debayan Roy of GadgetsData, its main camera is purported to be an HP5 200-megapixel camera. The ultra-wide camera uses the 50MP JN5 sensor, facilitating a wide field of view.

Its telephoto camera uses the same 50MP JN5 sensor, paired with a 3.5x optical zoom lens for capturing distant subjects. The phone will most likely be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The battery capacity is rumoured to range between 4700mAh and 5000mAh. It is expected to debut by June 2025.
