Chalet Hotels Ltd. reported Q2 FY21 net loss of Rs 427 million with a higher loss prevented by a deferred tax credit of Rs 244 million.

Revenue declined by 75% YoY to Rs 589 million as an 83% drop in revenue per available room led to an 82.4% YoY decline in the hospitality segment's revenue.

However, the retail and commercial segment's revenue grew by 5% YoY as occupancy at The Orb Sahar and Sahar Office Tower stabilized.
