During the quarter, Balaji Amines Ltd.'s reported revenue of Rs 5,649 million. Such robust performance was mainly driven higher realisations from amines and specialty chemical segment, followed by growth in hotel division.
On operational front Ebitda in Q3 FY22 stood at Rs 1,587 million, operating profit margin got hit by 182 bps YoY, but improved 314 bps QoQ to 28.10% in Q3 FY22.
Balaji Amines' margin fell on account of rising input costs. Net profit in Q3 FY22 stood at Rs 1,016 million showing an improvement of 28.77% on YoY basis and 15.32% on QoQ basis, with net profit margin at 17.99%. Higher taxes dented the margins during the quarter.
