Q4 Results 2025: When Will HUL, Nestle India, Marico And Dabur Announce Earnings?

The financial year 2024–25 (FY25) concluded on March 31 amid uncertainty surrounding the future of global economies. US President Donald Trump’s latest move to impose reciprocal tariffs on over 180 countries has triggered fears of a trade war, resulting in heightened global market volatility.

Some of the prominent companies in India’s FMCG space include Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Nestlé India, Marico, and Dabur. Going forward into FY26, a critical factor to monitor will be the potential impact of US tariffs on the operations and profitability of these firms.

Below are the scheduled dates for the announcement of Q4 and FY25 results by major FMCG companies:

Hindustan Unilever Ltd.'s board of directors will meet on Apr. 24 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25, the company said in a filing. The company's board will also consider and recommend final dividend, if any. 

Nestle India is set to declare its financial results for FY25 on April 24. In an exchange filing, the company said that its board of directors will meet on April 24 to consider the audited financial results of the financial year ending on March 31. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons from April 1 to April 26.

Marico will release its financial statement for the March 2025 quarter and FY25 on May 2, following a meeting of its board of directors. The trading window for dealing in the company’s shares for designated persons will be closed from March 26 to May 6.

Dabur's board of directors will meet on May 7 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and the financial year ending on Mar. 31. The board will also consider the recommendation of final dividend, if any, for FY25.
