In an exchange filing dated May 19, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 24 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25.

Total expenses fell 0.8% YoY to Rs 38,467.54 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 38,782.22 crore in Q3 FY24.
