⁠ITI Q4 Results 2025 Announcement Next Week — All You Need To Know

ITI Ltd. will declare its financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year next week. The state-owned telecom equipment manufacturer confirmed the news through a stock exchange filing.

⁠ITI Q4 Results: Date

ITI Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, May 27, to review and approve the company’s audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31.

The Board will also consider the allotment of equity shares to the President of India on a preferential basis. This move is part of a capital infusion of Rs 59 crore under the revival package outlined in the BIFR order dated Jan. 8, 2013.

⁠ITI Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure

ITI Ltd. has said that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from Monday, April 1, 2025. It will remain shut until 48 hours after the company declares its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31. The move is in line with ITI’s Code of Conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, which aim to prevent insider trading during sensitive financial periods.

⁠ITI Q3 Results

ITI Ltd. reported a net loss of Rs 48.88 crore for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, marking a significant improvement from the Rs 101.25 crore loss recorded in the same period in 2023. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped over fourfold year-on-year to Rs 1,034.54 crore, up from Rs 258.84 crore in Q3FY24.

Over the past five days, ITI’s share price has fallen by 2.11%. In the last month, the stock price has gone down by 1.17%, while its growth over six months has been flat. Year-to-date, the share price has declined sharply by 27.18%, and over the past year, it has fallen by 12.85%. The stock reached a 52-week high of Rs 592.70 on Jan. 7, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs 210 on Oct. 25, 2024.

At 10:25 a.m. on Friday, ITI shares were trading 0.70% lower at Rs 278.20 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.75% advance in the benchmark Nifty 50.
