Wind turbine manufacturer Inox Wind Ltd. is slated to announce its financial statements for the third quarter of FY25 this week. The company is expected to report a net profit of Rs 102 crore in Q3 marking a 9% year-on-year growth, as per estimates of analysts tracked by Bloomberg. The revenue is projected to double-fold in Q3.
The company has received 'buy' rating from five of the six analyses tracked by Bloomberg while one has recommended 'hold'.

Inox Wind Q3 Results: Date And Time
In a filing to the bourses on Jan. 24, Inox Wind said that its board of directors will meet on Jan. 31 to discuss and approve the financial statement for the December 2024 quarter.
"We would like to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Inox Wind Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Friday, 31st January 2025, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024," the company stated.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of Inox Wind will remain suspended for the designated persons and their immediate relatives till the expiry of a 48-hour window from the announcement of results.

Inox Wind Ltd. posted a sharp 97.6% rise in its revenue for Q2 of the current financial year at Rs 732 crore. Ebitda rose 258.5% YoY to Rs 173 crore while margins expanded to 23.6% in comparison to 13% in the corresponding period of last fiscal. The company's net profit for the quarter under review was Rs 90 crore against a loss of Rs 27 crore in Q2 of FY24.
